1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the website ProTaxFlow.com ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Description of Service

ProTaxFlow provides a digital platform to assist J-1 Visa holders and Non-Resident Aliens in preparing and filing their US Federal and State tax returns. Important: We are a third-party tax preparation service. We are not the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) nor are we affiliated with any government agency.

3. User Responsibilities (Accuracy of Information)

You agree that all information you provide to ProTaxFlow (including W-2 forms, Social Security Numbers, and dates of entry/exit) is true, accurate, and complete.

• Liability: ProTaxFlow is not responsible for any delays, penalties, or interest imposed by the IRS or State authorities resulting from incorrect or falsified information provided by the user.

   

• Review: You are responsible for reviewing your final tax return draft before we file it. Your approval confirms that the data is correct.

   

4. Payments and Refund Policy

No Refunds After Service Begins: Due to the nature of our service (customized tax preparation), all sales are final once we have started working on your file.

• Refund Eligibility: You may request a full refund only if we have not yet begun reviewing your uploaded documents. Once our tax experts have started analyzing your W-2 or prepared a draft, no refunds will be issued.

• IRS Delays: We do not issue refunds for delays caused by the IRS or State tax authorities.

5. Electronic Filing and Communication

By using our service, you consent to receive all communications, including tax documents and filing confirmations, electronically. You agree that your electronic signature on tax forms is the legal equivalent of your manual signature.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProTaxFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to ProTaxFlow for the specific tax year in question.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (including text, logos, and software) is the property of ProTaxFlow and is protected by international copyright laws.

8. Governing Law
